How We Sell Your Home

A CMA helps price your home competitively to generate buyer activity with your future listing.  We also provide you with an Estimated Seller Net Out for a clear breakdown of what you can expect to walk away with at closing. 

Selling your home can be overwhelming, but we're here to help. Remember, we will sell your home for $3,995 (paid at closing) AND 1% commission for homes over $400,000! We recommend ideas to get your home showing-ready for buyers and provide a listing agreement and other important documents. We install a yard sign and prepare marketing materials for your new listing.

Once listed, your home will be live on the New Mexico Multiple Listing Service and shown only by licensed Realtors at your convenience. We handle all buyer inquiries, calls, and emails. We coordinate with other brokers, gather feedback from showings,  and keep you informed every step of the way.

When offers come in, we work on negotiating the best possible price and terms for you. Once you are under contract, we coordinate with a team of transaction coordinators, title companies, inspectors, and other brokers to ensure deadlines are met and to ensure the smoothest transaction possible all the way to the closing table. Again - our job is to keep you informed and protected every step of the way.
